Ingredients:

  • 1 package (18.25 ounces devil's food or chocolate fudge cake mix, with pudding already in the mix
  • 1 package (3.9 ounces) chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup egg beaters
  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup shortening replacement for baking (can be found in the baking aisle of most grocery stores)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly mist bundt pan with vegetable spray, then dust with flour. Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in large mixing bowl. Using electric mixer, beat on medium for about 2 minutes. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan, smoothing it out with a spatula. Bake 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool in pan for about 10 minutes, then invert onto serving platter. If desired, drizzle with your favorite frosting or chocolate glaze.
