Banana Split Cake

JoAnn Cherrico from Glen Burnie, Md. says:
It only takes about 20 minutes to make, and everyone gets a great treat. It tastes like a banana split without the icecream.


Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 5 minutes

Quick and Easy
Easy to Chew

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups crumbled graham crackers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box 10x sugar
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 6 bananas
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 12 oz tub of cool whip
  • jar of cherries
  • chopped walunts

Directions:

Mix graham crackers and 1 stick margarine together, and mash firmly in bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 350 - 5 minutes. Cool. mix 2 sticks margarine, eggs and 10x sugar by mixer until fluffy. Spread over graham cracker crust. Place bananas sliced lengthwise on mixture add pineapple on bananas spread cool whip on top add cherries and nuts.
