Chocolate Espresso Torte

 Ingredients:

- 1 (16 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

 | 
- 1/2 cup espresso or strong coffee
 
  | 
 
 
 
Directions: 
In a double boiler, melt together chocolate chips and butter. Whip eggs with vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar. Mix together espresso/strong coffee and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Mix all together and pour into a 9 inch pan. Place pan in 2 inches of water and bake at 325 for 2 hours.  |
