Mexican Baby Limas

For a meatless main dish, serve Mexican Baby Limas over hot cooked rice.

Quick and Easy
Easy to Chew

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 (10 oz0 Cans Rotel Mexican Festival Diced Tomatoes with Lime Juice & Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp Domino Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil in a medium saucepan, separating frozen beans with a fork. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until beans are tender. Add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
