Creamey Crab 
Micki Slattery from Sarasota, Florida says: Ready in 15 minutes. Not my recipe, and not sure who gave it me, but it tastes great, and cooks up fast.

 Ingredients: 
 |  
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
 
  | 
 | 
 
- 2 1/2 cups milk- or low fat milk
 
  | 
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise - or a reduced fat mayonnaise
 
  | 
 
 | 
- 1 tsp pepper sauce hot or mild to your taste
 
  | 
 
 | 
- 2 cans crabmeat, drained, flasked and cartilage removed- or 2 cups imitation crabmeat
 
  | 
 
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
 
  | 
- cooked rice - 1 10 minute boil in a bag
 
  | 
 
 
 
Directions: 
Melt butter in saucepan, combine flour and gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, pepper sauce and pepper until smooth. Stir in the crab and hard boiled eggs, heat throught. Serve over rice.  |
