Shrimp Lamaze

Quick and Easy

  • 2 - 3 lbs of shrimp (weight before cooking)
  • 1 pint mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup India relish
  • 1 pint chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp chopped chives
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 12 tbsp A-1 sauce


Clean and boil shrimp, do this in the morning, so it will sit and chill all day.
Pre-chill mayonnaise, relish, chili sauce and mixing bowl (stainless steel seems to chill best)
Mix in the above order, except for the hard boiled eggs and A-1 sauce.
Add A-1 sauce, and mix. Add shrimp, and lightly mix again. Pour on large platter, arrange hard boiled eggs around shrimp with sprigs of parsley.
