Mom

Your long time battle is now done
on to heaven you have flown.
To be with dad, and the angels above
just know that here on earth you are loved.
You will be missed, that is for sure.
The pain of losing you will be hard to endure.
So fly on Mom, with the angels on high,
and when I look into that nighttime sky.
Twinkling above your smile will I see,
and know that you are looking down on me.
