Broccoli Pie

Quick and Easy


  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1box frozen broccoli
  • 1 9" frozen pie shell
  • 1cup mild cheeder cheese, grated
  • 1 egg


Place broccoli in 1/2 cup of salted boiling water. Cover and cook until able to break apart. Cook pie shell (poke with fork to avoid air bubbles) for 10 mins. Mix cottage cheese, egg, and 3/4 cup cheese in bowl. Drain well and add broccoli to egg mixture. Place in pie shell and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cook for 25 mins at 350. Let set for 5 mins. Serve hot!
