Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 6 large Potatoes (sliced thick)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1\3 cup butter

Directions:

Slice potatoes in thick slices. Put sliced potatoes in large mixing bowl, add olive oil, making sure each slice is coated with oil, salt and pepper potatoes. Sprinkle flour and cheese over potatoes. Make sure they are well coated.
Melt 1/3 cup butter in a 9" x 3" baking pan, place potatoes in single layer.
Bake 375 for 1 hour, turning once during baking.
