Quick and Easy
Easy to Chew


  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 1/2 cups milk- or low fat milk
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise - or a reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp pepper sauce hot or mild to your taste
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans crabmeat, drained, flasked and cartilage removed- or 2 cups imitation crabmeat
  • 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • cooked rice - 1 10 minute boil in a bag


Melt butter in saucepan, combine flour and gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thick and bubbly. Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, pepper sauce and pepper until smooth. Stir in the crab and hard boiled eggs, heat throught. Serve over rice.
