Sour Cream Cornbread

Jamie from Nashville, TN says:
A truly unique cornbread!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: approx 35 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1 sm can cream corn (1 cup)
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 cup +2 Tbsp Self-rising corn meal
  • 1 Tbsp sugar or Artificial sweetner
  • 8 oz sour cream or 8 oz. light plain yogurt

Directions:

Mix and pour in greased hot iron skillet.
Bake at 400 degrees about 35 minutes or until done.
