Salisbury Hashbrown Casserole

This is a money saving but very tasty recipe. It is easy to make and is easy to chew. It is cooked in the oven so you don't have to stand over a hot stove.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. frozen salsbury steak
  • 1 pkg. frozen hashbrown patties

Directions:

Cook the hashbrown patties in the oven for about 15 minutes according to directions (you don't have to cook them completely at this stage). Microwave the salsbury steak until completely thawed and gravy is liquified. You then get a bread pan or small casserole dish and add 1 layer of hashbrowns. Spoon a few tablespoons of gravy over hashbrowns. Add a layer of steak and then repeat with hashbrowns and steak until it is all in dish. Top with remaining gravy and bake for 20-25 more minutes and then enjoy.
